How to Apply for MACT Cachar, Silchar Driver Recuritment 2024

1.The candidate must be a citizen of India as per Article 5 of the Constitution of India. 2.The candidate must possess a valid Driving License for Light Motor Vehicle. 3.Candidates should not be less that 18 (eighteen) years of age and not more than 40 (forty) years as on 01.06.2024. However the upper age limit is relaxed for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of Assam Rules. 4.Application should be submitted in the "Standard Form" as published in the Assam Gazette in Part IX. The candidate must produce attested copies of the certificate pertaining age, educational qualification, cast, permanent address, Driving License, 2 (two) copies of recent passport size photograph and self addressed stamped envelope of Rs.5/- (Rupees five) only of Indian Postal Stamp must be attached with the application. At the time of Viva-Voce original testimonials must be produced by the candidates. 5.The candidate who is working any Govt. Department must apply through proper channel and must produce 'no objection certificate' from his/her employer at the time of viva-voce. 6.Applications should reach to the office of the Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, District and Sessions Judge's Court Complex, Sadarghat, Pin-788801 on or before 20.06.2024.
