1. Post Name: Senior Research Scientist (Electronics)
No. of post: 04 (Four)
Qualification: Check official advertisement no. 05/2024.
Pay Scale: Rs. 39,200/- per month (5 years or more experience).
Age: 35 years for Senior Research Scientist.
2. Post Name: Research Scientist (Electronics & Computer/IT)
No. of post: 34 (Thirty-four)
Qualification: Check official advertisement no. 05/2024.
Pay Scale: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
Age: 30 years for Research Scientist.
3. Post Name: Project Assistant (Electronics & Physics)

Screening Test: (i) Written/Screening tests will be conducted as per requirement for respective posts.(ii) Final Dates will be announced online at sameer.gov.in
Tentative Dates for Tests & Interviews:
Documents Required (at time of written test / interview)
- Duly Filled Application Form (available on the SAMEER website).
- Proof of Date of Birth.
- Passport Size Photograph.
- 10th Standard Mark Sheet.
- 12th Standard Mark Sheet (as applicable).
- ITI Certificate (for Project Technician Posts).
- NCTVT Certificate (for Project Technician Posts).
- Qualifying Exam Passing Certificate (as per post applied).
- Qualifying Exam Marks for all years (as per post applied).
- Experience Certificate (duly signed and stamped).
Selection Procedure:
- Candidates applying for Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist posts who fulfil the prescribed qualifications shall be required to appear for written test(s) for screening of candidates.
- Candidates applying for Project Assistant and Project Technician posts who fulfil the prescribed qualifications shall be required to appear for written test and/or skill test for screening of candidates.
- Candidates shortlisted after the screening tests shall require to appear for personal interview. Date, Time and Venue will be announced online subsequently. Kindly follow our webpage link sameer.gov.in
- Candidates who fulfil the prescribed qualifications will be able to download the Admit Card directly via weblink. A printout of the Admit Card is required to be presented for the screening test and interview.
- Final selection will be based on performance in the interview which will be held at the venue (unless instructed otherwise) as mentioned in the admit card.
