Educational Qualification: Minimum educational qualification of Class VIII (8th) standard; candidates who have passed HSSLC or above are ineligible to apply.

Other Skills: Candidates with special skills such as Plumber, Electrician, Driver, Sweeper, Computer Operator (knowledge of MS Office), or Technician (knowledge of repairing AC and Generator) may be preferred, provided they possess the educational qualification as prescribed.
