1. Name of Posts: Stenographer Grade-III.

No. of Posts: 01 (One).

Pay: PB -2 14,000 – 60,500 + GP 7,400.

Qualification:

(i). Must be a graduate from a recognized University. (ii). Must possess Diploma/Certificate in Stenography having minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in shorthand and computer typing speed of 40 w.p.m.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 40 Years.

Age Relaxation:

SC/ST: 5 Years OBC/MOBC: 2 Years. PWD: 10 Years

Selection Process:

Stage-I: Stenography Test. Stage-II: Written Test. Stage-III: Interview/Viva-Voce

2. Name of Posts: Duftry (Grade-IV).

Pay: PB -1 12,000 – 52,000 + GP 4,400.

Qualification: HSLC pass or equivalent from a recognized Central or State Board.

Age Limit: Minimum 18 Years and Maximum 40 Years.

Selection Process:

Stage-I: Written Test. Stage-II: Interview/Viva-Voce.

Check Important Official Links Section which is given below Click on Online Application Link Again click on "Online Application for the posts of Stenographer Grade-III and Duftry in the Judicial Academy, Assam". Click on "New Registration" Provide the required information in that page, and then click on "Submit Registration". The system will generate a Registration Code which will be displayed below the “Submit Registration” button. Though the system is designed to send e-mail immediately acknowledging the Registration Code and corresponding Date of Birth, sometimes due to network congestion, the e-mail may not be delivered. Hence, candidates are requested to note down the Registration Code carefully. Click on "Update Candidate Details". Candidate has to provide his/her profile details and other candidature specific information and has to save the data by clicking the "Update Data" button. No field box should be left blank. Upload "Photo & Signature". Click on "Submit Candidature". Take a print out of the Fee Payment Challan by clicking the "Print Fee Payment Challan Form" button. The payment can be made at any branch of State Bank of India after two working days of submission of online application and on or before the last date fixed for payment of fees.
