Total Vacancy: 7951.

Pay Scale:

(i) Junior Engineer (JE), Depot Material Superintendent (DMS) and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA): Level 6 (RSRP 7th CPC Pay Matrix.) with initial pay of ₹35,400/-, plus other allowances admissible at that time. (ii) Chemical Supervisor / Research and Metallurgical Supervisor / Research: Level 7 (RSRP 7th CPC Pay Matrix.) with initial pay of ₹ 44,900/-, plus other allowances admissible at that time.

Age Limit:

Prescribed age in normal course (as on 01.01.2025): 18 to 33 Years. Age applicable to this CEN (as on 01.01.2025): 18 to 36 Years.

Applictaion Fee:

Other Candidates	Rs. 500/-
SC / ST / Ex-Servicemen, Female, Transgender, Minorities or EBC	Rs. 250/-

(Caution to Candidates: EBC should not be confused with OBC or EWS).

Note: Only candidates who attend 1 st stage CBT will get a refund of their examination fee as mentioned above.

Fee Payment Mode: Online only through internet banking, debit/credit cards or UPI will be accepted. All applicable service charges shall be borne by the candidate.

Selection Process: There shall be two stages of Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by document verification (DV) and medical examination (ME).

Negative Marking: There will be negative marking 1/3 mark of allotted mark for every wrong answer in CBT.
