Sikkim Judicial Academy Recruitment Examination Details 2025

1. Name of Post: Administrative Officer.

No of posts: 01 post.

Educational Qualification: Candidates having minimum educational qualification of a Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University with experience in Supervisory or equivalent Department/University/Educational or Research Institution. Preference will be given to Law Graduate. He/She should also have knowledge of Computer.

2. Name of Post: Research Fellow.

No of posts: 02 posts.

Educational Qualification: LLM with 5 years of experience in teaching, and/or experience in research at the Judicial Academy/National Level Institution/University Or A Judicial Officer having completed 5 years of service as Judicial Officer.

3. Name of Post: Personal Assistant / Stenographer-III.

No of posts: 01 post.

Educational Qualification: Graduate from a recognized University having minimum speed of 80 w.p.m. in Shorthand and 40 w.p.m. in Typing and also possessing a certificate in Computer Science from any recognized Computer Centre. Candidate should communicate in English both in writing as well as speaking.

4. Name of Post: Junior Accountant.

No of posts: 01 post.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance or Bachelor of Commerce in Accountancy or Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting & Taxation.

5. Name of Post: Upper Division Clerk / Assistant.

No of posts: 02 posts.

Educational Qualification: Graduate from any recognized University and also possessing a Certificate in Computer Science from any recognized Computer Centre and having knowledge of typewriting at a minimum speed of 40 w.p.m.

6. Name of Post: Driver.

No of posts: 02 posts.

Educational Qualification: Candidates having educational qualification of Class VIII pass from a recognized School/Board and possessing a license in driving light vehicle with minimum experience of 3 years.

7. Name of Post: Peon.

Educational Qualification: Candidates having minimum educational qualification of Class X pass from a recognized School/Board.

8. Name of Post: Plumber.
